Assistant (m/f/d) to the Managing Director (part-time position)

Our mission at SafeAD is to deliver the most intelligent and safe autonomous driving technology. We believe the key to achieving this is all AI and mapless. Our technology is used by some of the world’s largest automakers and Tier 1 suppliers.

We’re looking for a reliable and driven Assistant to the Managing Director to join our team.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Provide direct support to our CEO in day-to-day operations
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling and document management
  • Manage travel arrangements such as booking flights, hotels and creating travel itineraries
  • Assist with basic accounting duties in collaboration with our external tax consultant
  • Help organize internal events and meetings

We require you to have:

  • Proficiency in German (at least German language level C1) and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • You work independently and reliably
  • A strong team player and learning mindset

It’s a plus if you have:

  • A good sense for design and visual communication
  • Basic image and video editing skills for creating promotional materials (e.g., social media posts and presentations)
