We’re looking for a reliable and driven Assistant to the Managing Director to join our team – either full-time or part-time.
In this role, you’ll:
- Provide direct support to our CEO in day-to-day operations
- Handle general administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling and document management
- Manage travel arrangements such as booking flights, hotels and creating travel itineraries
- Assist with basic accounting duties in collaboration with our external tax consultant
- Help organize internal events and meetings
We require you to have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel)
- You work independently and reliably
- A strong team player and learning mindset
It’s a plus if you have:
- A good sense for design and visual communication
- Basic image and video editing skills for creating promotional materials (e.g., social media posts and presentations)
